Service Description
Using simple beginner techniques, students will experiment with painting flowers and foliage in watercolor. Beginner Level Material needed per student: watercolor paper. All other material supplied by VCAP.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify the VCAP if you need to cancel your class, so that the seat is available for another attendee. All VCAP classes and workshops are tuition-free to veterans, active duty military, first responders (including nurses), and their immediate family members including spouses, adult children, and caregivers living with the veteran. All other adult participants are welcome to attend for a small tuition of $40 per person. VCAP classes are for people 18 years and older unless stated in the class description.
